Seven-Seater VW ID. Buzz Goes on Sale Alongside Sporty GTX Model

Volkswagen has announced UK pricing and specifications for the seven-seat version of its ID. Buzz electric MPV.

Priced from £57,115, the ID. Buzz Life seven-seater is available to order now, with first deliveries expected in the spring.

The ID. Buzz Life seven-seater features a 77kWh battery and a 201bhp electric motor, providing a range of up to 255 miles.

The GTX is the sportiest model in the ID. Buzz range, with a more powerful 295bhp electric motor and a 0-62mph time of 6.5 seconds.

Prices for the ID. Buzz GTX start from £57,115, with first deliveries expected in the autumn.

Both the ID. Buzz Life seven-seater and the ID. Buzz GTX come with a comprehensive range of standard equipment, including a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, LED headlights, and 19-inch alloy wheels.

Options include a panoramic sunroof, a rear-seat entertainment system, and a towing package.

The ID. Buzz is the latest in a long line of iconic Volkswagen MPVs, dating back to the original Type 2 Transporter of the 1950s.

The new model combines the practicality of an MPV with the zero-emissions running costs of an electric vehicle.
