How to Book Your Appointment
To book your passport appointment in Medellin, you can either visit the website of the Colombian Foreign Ministry or call the Ministry's call center at (57) (1) 382-1500. When you book your appointment online, you will need to create an account and provide your personal information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. You will also need to select the type of passport you need and the date and time of your appointment.
If you call the call center to book your appointment, you will need to provide the same information as you would if you were booking online. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
When you go to your passport appointment, you will need to bring the following documents:
- Your original birth certificate
- Your original Colombian national ID card
- A recent passport-sized photo
- The fee for your passport
If you are applying for a passport for a minor, you will also need to bring the following documents:

Where Can I Pick Up My Passport?
You can pick up your passport at the Colombian Foreign Ministry's office in Medellin, located at Calle 50 #46-25. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
