Jack Driscoll Rejoins Eagles After Preseason Stint with Miami Dolphins

Driscoll Traded Back to Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Eagles have reacquired offensive lineman Jack Driscoll from the Miami Dolphins in exchange for a 2023 NFL Draft pick. Driscoll spent the preseason with the Dolphins after being traded to Miami in August for a conditional 2024 NFL Draft pick. The Eagles originally selected Driscoll in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and he has appeared in 20 games for the team over the past two seasons.

Driscoll Provides Depth to Eagles Offensive Line

Driscoll's return to Philadelphia provides the Eagles with added depth along their offensive line. Driscoll can play both guard and tackle, giving the Eagles some versatility in their offensive line rotation. The Eagles have been hit by injuries along their offensive line this season, and Driscoll's return will help to provide some stability to the unit.

Dolphins Acquire Draft Pick

The Dolphins, meanwhile, acquire a draft pick in the trade. The Dolphins have been active in making moves this season, and they have now added several draft picks to their arsenal. The Dolphins are currently rebuilding their team, and the additional draft picks will give them more flexibility in the future.
