Ive Been Able To Watch Him Grow Big Bro Christian Excited For Adrian Lees Next Fight At One 168 Denver

‘I’ve Been Able To Watch Him Grow’ – Big Bro Christian Excited For Adrian Lee’s Next Fight At ONE 168: Denver

Fighting in the same card as your older brother and younger sister is already a rare occurrence.

But when the older brother has witnessed the extraordinary rise of his sibling first-hand, it’s a moment to cherish.

Christian Lee knows the extra special feeling more than most. The reigning ONE Lightweight World Champion will return to action against Tang Kai at ONE 168: Lee vs. Tang on 29 October, and he’ll be on the same card as his younger brother Adrian and their little sister Victoria.

Adrian Lee, who won the lightweight title when Christian was forced to vacate the gold in 2022, is ready to defend his belt for the first time against Saygid Izagakhmaev. Victoria will take on ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix semifinalist Itsuki Hirata in her professional debut.

For Christian, it’s another stage in the story of the Lee siblings, who have taken over the organization by storm, and he couldn’t be prouder.

“I’ve been able to watch him grow right before my eyes,” Christian tells ONE Championship.

“I remember the first time he stepped into the gym. He was so young, but I could see that he had something special, that he had a lot of potential. And he’s just kept growing and developing, and now he’s the ONE Lightweight World Champion.”

Christian knows that Adrian has natural talent.

But he also knows that his brother has worked incredibly hard to reach the top, and that he’s always willing to learn and improve.

“He’s always working on his craft, always trying to find ways to get better,” Christian adds.

“He’s a great training partner, and he’s always pushing me to be better. I’m so proud of the man he’s become, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for him.”

Adrian is equally proud of his older brother, and he knows that Christian has played a big role in his own success.

“He’s always been there for me, giving me advice and support,” Adrian says.

“He’s the best role model I could ask for, and he’s always inspired me to be the best that I can be.”

Christian and Adrian are close in age, and they’ve always been there for each other, through good times and bad. But they’re also fiercely competitive, and they both want to be the best.

That sibling rivalry has helped to drive them both to the top of their sport.

“We push each other to be better every day,” Christian says. “We’re always trying to one-up each other, and that’s what makes us both better fighters.”

Adrian agrees. “We’re always trying to prove who’s the best,” he says. “But at the end of the day, we’re brothers, and we’re always there for each other.”

Christian is excited to see Adrian defend his title at ONE 168: Denver.

He knows that his brother is a special talent, and he believes that he has what it takes to be a dominant champion.

“I’m confident that he’s going to win,” Christian says. “He’s trained hard, and he’s ready. I can’t wait to see him put on a show.”

Adrian is grateful for his brother’s support, and he knows that he’ll be there for him every step of the way.

“I’m so lucky to have him in my corner,” Adrian says. “He’s my biggest supporter, and he always believes in me. I know that he’ll always be there for me, no matter what.”
